Rental Policies

We do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather conditions. For this reason, we monitor the local weather conditions in our service area. We ask that all customers stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area.
Sometimes rain may be occurring in one part of town but not in the other part of town right next to it. For this reason WE DO NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER unless we feel it would endanger our equipment or our customers. THIS DECISION IS LEFT SOLEY TO THE CUSTOMER.

Rain Policy

Rain Days we will call, message or email you that morning to ask for a "Go ahead" or "Next time". If its a "Go ahead" then just pay us when we arrive and have a great event. If its a "No " then we will reschedule for a future date. You will not be charged until we deliver. Its that simple.


All cancellations must be called in as soon as possible but please at least give us 24hrs notice.


We only accept cash or check. Please have this available at delivery. Because of other set ups and deadlines we do not have time to wait for you to go to the ATM etc..

Unfortunately, we can not allow self set ups due to safety concerns, we are required to set up and take down every rental. This ensures your safety, as the units can be very heavy, as well as allows us an opportunity to review the rules and regulations regarding the operation of the unit. SAFETY FIRST!

Delivery Times

While most of our deliveries are done in the morning we will do our best to arrange our delivery schedule around your schedule. While we may not be able to accommodate these requests every single time, we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your delivery time.


Due to the high cost of insurance, there are many companies out there that choose to not carry insurance coverage. However, we believe that this is the most important requirement for running a rental business. As such, we are fully insured with a liability insurance policy covering injury due to Party gross negligence. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. Please read your rental agreement. We are happy to provide a copy of our insurance binder upon request. SAFETY FIRST!

Indoor Use Inflatables

Any of our dry units can be set up indoors as long as there is sufficient space and height clearance.

Indoor facilities such as gyms, auditoriums, catering halls and churches etc., are also a great alternative providing that there is enough ceiling clearance.


We have a first come first serve policy. Inflatables can be reserved weeks and even months in advance for holidays and our busy season. It is recommended that you book your reservation well in advance, with 6-8 weeks being a good time frame. However, we do offer and welcome last minute reservations due to our large inventory, and we will try and accommodate you as best we can.


Attendants that will man your inflatable at your event, can be provided at an additional cost at time of booking
